9. Exceeding Limit of Weight of the Package:

• Where a package exceeds the limit stipulated in the shipping either 5kg for Australia. An additional charge of shipping will be required. Items can be held until such time the limit is reached and appropriate shipping has been paid.

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable:

   • Once a pack is opened on a live stream, the cards inside are considered damaged and, therefore, non-returnable and non-refundable.

   • This policy includes all cards and product, including those obtained in duck races and mystery towers/bags

3. Non-Exchangeable:

   • Due to the nature of our rip'n'ship business and the unique content inside each pack, we cannot offer exchanges for opened packs or individual cards.
